The CEMP MixTape VLE is is a virtual learning environment built to accommodate online learning for short courses and Masters level modules at the Centre of Excellence in Media Practice at Bournemouth University. I created a CMS which manages blogs and other content-templates useful for learning resources, and integrated it with open source tools for discussion forums; the site architecture was designed to allow easy creation of multiple instances of the VLE for different students on different courses with different teachers, but all unified with a common branding and integration into the university's staff / student IT system and authentication infrastructure.
